I worked directly with the CEO and President to clean, optimize, and rebrand Gigya.com in prep for a $35M Intel investment announcement. I hired and managed in-house devs and external agencies, introduced agile process and version control, stripped their wordpress, optimized the HTML, colors, compiled styles with SASS, and deployed simpler navigation. Our efforts cut bounce rates by 74% and quadrupled desired home page actions.
